The Nookery Café, which seats up to 120 people, is set against an impressive backdrop of jarrah and marri forest. It has a rustic, cosy charm, both inside the cottage style building and outside under the shady pergola or on the all weather alfresco patio by the fish pond. There is also a grassy play area with swings for children and meals especially for them.

Orio Pala Argemi (we call him Yuri) joined us as Sous Chef a year ago but after his welcome return
from an extended visit to his family in Spain he was promoted to Head Chef. Yuri comes from a
restaurant owning family and he grew up helping his father. He attended a local culinary school
before setting off to gain experience across Europe over eight years. This included working in
Michelin starred, fine-dining venues. Since arriving in Australia Yuri has held posts in New South
Wales and Queensland including at a Fusion French/Australian restaurant and a Vegan Café. We
look forward to seeing our menus evolve with a Mediterranean flair!
