We do not collect personal information when you visit our website unless you log on, place an order or register with us.

We do not share, sell, rent or barter any identifiable personal information to any third party without your permission.

If you choose to receive emails from us in relation to our Wine Club or any new releases, awards or special offers, you may unsubscribe at any time.   Please call us on 97557547 if you have a problem doing this through the e-newsletter you receive.

If, from time to time, we post links to other websites on our own, Woody Nook Wines is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of other websites.

 

TERMS

Disclaimer:    All the prices quoted on this website are subject to change without notice.   We will contact you if you order a product that is no longer available.    Sometimes a wine sells out before we have had the opportunity to update the website and if that is the case we will suggest its next vintage or ask if you would like to include a different wine in your selection.

All orders placed through our website must be paid for before the wine is despatched.

We offer a 30-day refund policy for goods and delivery charges if you are unhappy with your purchase.   The wine must be returned to the cellar door and we will then make refund arrangements with you.   You shouldn’t receive any wine carton that has been damaged or pilfered during its journey with Australia Post, but in the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us immediately and we will either reimburse you for the damaged or missing wine or replace it.

Delivery time can be between a couple of days and two weeks depending on your address, but please feel free to contact us if you are concerned at the time it is taking to reach you and we will track it and advise you of its progress.
