Minimum Number

40 people

Maximum Numbers

• 90 people  for  a sit down dinner in alfresco dining area
• 40 people for inside dining
• 100 people for  informal sundowners

Venue Hire Charges

Price on application: The charge will depend on the date and day of the week, the number of people and the restaurant space occupied

Confirmation Of Booking

$500.00  deposit required to hold booking date.   Non-refundable if cancellation is within 14 days of booking; 50% refundable 15-30 days out.  Number of guests to be confirmed 7 days prior to function.  This will be the minimum number billed.   Final numbers may still increase up to 3 days before the event.  Menu to be confirmed 14 days prior to booking.   All special dietary requirements must be requested at this time.

Menu & Pricing

Pricing and menus are current at time of inquiry.   Items may change with availability of produce.   Menu and price will not change once booking is confirmed.  Menu prices do not include costs for linen tablecloths, napkins or decorations. 

Our chefs can make birthday and other special occasion cakes,  but not formal wedding cakes.   For those and any other BYO cakes,  we charge $2.50 per head to cut and serve those to your guests.


All wine, beer and champagne must be purchased from Woody Nook Wines .



Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or credit card.

 Damage To Property

Organisers will be responsible for any damage to property, fittings, and equipment and will be billed accordingly.

Laws & Regulations

At no time will client, client’s representative or invitees commit any acts deemed unlawful.  We reserve the right to uphold any laws and regulations that govern trading in The Nookery Café or at Woody Nook Wines including but not limited to Liquor Licensing and Fire Regulations.
