4.465 tonnes of Graciano grapes were picked on March 31, 2016 at a Bourné of 13. l O and as with our full bodied reds, plunged three times a day for six days with their temperature controlled before being pressed and transferred to tanks for a second or malolactic fermentation. The wine spent many months in oak barriques before filtering and then bottling in December 2017. 347 cases were produced.
